Affordable, effective and convenient driving lessonsHi my name is Andy. I have held a full driving licence for over 40 years and during that time I have taught dozens of people to drive who have sucessfully gone on to pass their driving tests. I have always wanted to be a professional driving instructor and so took the plunge during Covid and started training with the AA to become a fully qualified ADI. After successfully passing both my part one theory and hazard perception on the first attempt and then progressing on to passing my part two on my first attempt, I am now in the very final stages of my part three. Therefore I am currently a PDI on a trainee licence, I just need to gain an additional 20 hrs of training before I can take my part three to go on to become a fully qualified ADI. That doesn't mean you are getting an inferior quality driving instructor, but it does mean you are getting a driving instructor who is current with all the latest instructional techniques and you will get your lessons a lot cheaper than an ADI charges, so it's a win, win situation, you get the experience you need and cheaper lessons and I get the additional hours I require.
Please be aware: both the AA and BSM are basically run under the same umbrella, although I am still a PDI on a trainee licence for the AA I will be using a BSM pool car until I complete my part 3.
So you will be learning in a BSM branded car for the time being.
